Where does Blue Velvet deliver to?

Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to shipping addresses within the EU countries. To inquire about shipments to addresses outside of the European Union, please contact Customer Service at info@bluevelvetboutique.co.uk.

All orders outside the UK are shipped by Royal Mail "International Signed For" for £11.80 unless requested otherwise by customer.

Shipping costs and Delivery times

All orders within the UK are shipped by Royal Mail "Special Delivery Next Day" for £5.80 per address. All orders outside the UK are shipped by Royal Mail "International Signed For" unless requested otherwise by customer. Shipping charges are complimentary for orders over £500 to one address.

Orders received and cleared before 1 pm Monday to Friday will arrive by special delivery next working day within most areas of the UK. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday if the delivery address is open on a Saturday.

Orders received after 1 pm Friday, during the week-end or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following working day and will therefore arrive by next day within most areas of the UK (i.e. orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday).

Shipments through Royal Mail "International Signed For" to European countries usually takes between 4 to 6 working days.

All packages are signature required.

Packaging options

All orders come packed in beautiful Blue Velvet pouches. The pouches are secured within the delivery boxes by Blue bubble wrap and tissue paper.

A special gift wrapping service is also available. You may select this option when paying for your order at checkout. The Blue velvet pouches will be placed in Royal Blue branded gift boxes and wrapped with a white satin ribbon before being secured within the Blue bubble wrap and white tissue paper. Gift wrapping is charged £ 5 per item.

How many shipping addresses can I save under my profile?

You can have up to 3 different addresses stored within your user profile.

You can therefore chose which address you want us to send your order to. This mechanism has been purposely built in so that you can easily send gifts to your special friends without having to enter the addresses every time.
